This has lead us in the exciting direction of Tencel, one of the most environmentally friendly regenerated fabrics that is sustainable 100% naturally sourced. This unique fabric is made from pulp from eucalyptus trees in a world leading encapsulated process. The Tencel used in our pillow protectors offer a smooth cotton-like feel, without compromising on core objectives of providing the best night's sleep possible. It naturally absorbs moisture, complimenting the properties of our pillows, duvets and mattress toppers. The material is hypoallergenic and anti-allergenic, absorbing up to 300% more moisture than traditional cotton, and is 100% breathable.
 
Fully machine washable and tumble dryable, our protectors are an environmentally friendly product and are available for every item of bedding we offer, including pillows, duvets and mattresses . All of our protectors are bespoke to every order and are made by our team of dedicated and experienced Penrose machinists. This tencel pillow protectors is made from Tencel, a unique fabric which is made from the pulp of Eucalyptus trees. Naturally sourced, Tencel have gained a commendable reputation for their environmentally responsible closed loop production process, which transforms the pulp into cellulosic fibers with high resource efficiency and low ecological impact. Their manufacturing process recycles process water and reuses it at a recovery rate of more than 99%.
